Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
For orders shipped to the Netherlands, Belgium, and the United Kingdom, the total delivery time is 5 to 9 working days (Mon - Fri). This time includes 1 to 2 working days (Mon - Fri) for processing and 4 to 7 working days (Mon - Fri) for shipping.

Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free for all orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, and the United Kingdom. Shipping costs may apply for international orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our Track Your Order page.

When are my payments processed?

Returns
What is the return policy?
You can return the product within 30 days after the delivery date. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. The shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective.

When will I get my money back?
Refunds are issued within 7 working days (Monday through Friday) after receipt and inspection of the returned product. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used.
