Shipping procedure
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days, including adjustments, inspection, and packaging. After shipping, delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium, or United Kingdom usually takes 4-7 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been handed over to the carrier. You can track your order here.

Delays
Shipping times may vary during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or promotional events. Delays in customs clearance may also affect delivery.
If your tracking number is not yet active, it takes 1-2 business days to update. If you have questions about customs fees or delivery status, you can contact us.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via info@kleefmode.nl. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged during transport, we will send you a replacement item free of charge. No refund is given for a second delivery of damaged items. If the replacement item is also damaged, we will refund the full amount.
If you receive the wrong product or encounter another issue, please contact us and include a photo or video of the problem so we can resolve it quickly.
