Return Period
Kleef Mode offers a reflection period of 30 days after receiving your order. Within this time frame, you can return or exchange your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging. After this period, we can no longer accept returns.
Return Process
Contact our customer service at info@kleefmode.nl to start the return process. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will send you a return authorization and clear instructions. Pack your items securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation. Then hand the package over to the designated courier.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and checked your return shipment, we will send you a confirmation by email. If approved, we will process the repayment through the original payment method within 7 days. Please note that processing times of banks and credit card companies may vary. If you have not received a repayment after this period, please contact us at info@kleefmode.nl.
