Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
For orders to the countries we serve, the total delivery time is 5 to 9 business days (Mon - Fri). This period includes 1 to 2 business days (Mon - Fri) processing time and 4 to 7 business days (Mon - Fri) shipping time.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Returns
What is the return policy?
You can return the product within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 7 business days (Monday through Friday) after receipt and inspection of the returned product. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used.
